In short
This tool puts your signature on a PDF: a contract, a purchase order, an authorisation to send back signed. Draw it with your finger or mouse, or type it in one of the three handwriting styles, in black or blue ink; you can also import a photo of a signature on paper and remove its white background. Then place it wherever you like, on one or more pages, with the date or a text such as “Read and approved”. It is merged into the page content. It is a visual signature, equivalent to a scanned signature: it does not have the value of a qualified electronic signature within the meaning of the eIDAS Regulation. Your signature is stored nowhere and the document never leaves your browser.
