This tool blacks out the personal data in a PDF before you share it: a payslip, a contract, a bank statement, a document to attach to a case file. It detects IBANs, Belgian national register numbers, payment card numbers, email addresses, phone numbers and, on request, company and VAT numbers; you can also search for a name or draw areas by hand, including on a scanned page. Redacted pages become images with black rectangles: the hidden text no longer exists in the file, and the rest of those pages is no longer selectable. The other pages stay intact; comments, attachments and metadata are removed. Proofread the result. Everything happens in your browser.
