In short
This tool checks the electronic signatures of a PDF: a contract signed with a Belgian eID card, a document received from a public authority, a signed offer. For each signature, it checks that the signed part has not been changed, that the signature matches the signer's certificate and that any timestamp is valid. The report shows who signed, when, who issued the certificate, and whether content was added to the file after signing. Whether the certificate is recognised by a trusted authority (European lists, revocation) is not checked: this is not a qualified validation within the meaning of eIDAS. A drawn or scanned signature is only an image, with no evidential value. The check runs offline, in your browser.
